The Pink Lady
Ingredients
for 2 portions:
- 100 ml OliviaIsabella Pink Gin
- 40 ml Applejack of Apple Brandy
- 30 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml Grenadine
- 1 egg whiteÂ
- Ice
How to prepare
- Place two coupe or martini glasses in the freezer to chill.
- Add the OliviaIsabella Pink Gin, applejack, lemon juice, grenadine, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake without ice first (dry shake) for about 10 seconds to create foam.
- Add ice and shake again for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into the chilled glasses.
